Hi everybody,

Unfortunately, for personal reasons Nanette resigned from my office. We will be missing her and wish her the best.

On a good note Meri, is currently working in my office. Meri is a veteran of Gastric bypass, 3 years out, and is a frequent participant in the support group. She is a lovely lady and I am sure you will give her a warm welcome. We also still have Sheila and Pauline to meet all your needs.

Happy New year to all of you.

Hi everyone,

Thank you for all of the kind words. I will miss you all, and appreciate all of the e-mails, phone calls, and postings. It was a hard decision, but a very timely one. My family and friends have all been so very supportive, which also made the decision easier! I had a VERY relaxing 2 weeks off, which was very much needed, and I start in my new position tomorrow, so wish me luck! I am returning to nursing, as well as some administrative work, which I am very excited about. A whole new ball of wax!!

Meri is a wonderful lady, and you will ALL love her! She is so very kind and sweet, and has also "been there", as far as gastric bypass is concerned, so she will be able to share her experiences with you.

Be well, Happy New Year, and keep in touch.

Nanette

Hello everybody! I am ashamed to admit that this is my 1st posting in the almost 3 years I've been a part of this wonderful group of losers and losers-to-be.
I want to thank everybody for their well wishes and to Dr. Allam for giving me the opportunity to work for a practice I believe is top notch in patient care. Having this surgery has improved my life in so many ways. There isn't a day that goes by that I am not thankful for being lucky enough to have had it and I strongly believe that so many more people could benefit greatly from it's life saving benefits.
I look forward to seeing old faces and meeting new ones at the support group this Tues. night!

Hi Merri,

I'm glad I got to meet you about two weeks ago at the Riverhead office!

I wish you the best of luck and am so glad to have a great, successful "veteran" of WLS on OUR TEAM!

We all need you and will ask you questions galore, so get ready! LOL!

Will be seeing you again soon!

Hugs,
Cathy Monsell

Cathy--looks to me that you are a veteran as well! You already are an inspiration to newcomers simply by posting your great before and after photos. I'm curious as to why your screen name is Sarrah? You can tell me to MYOB if you want!
My life is an open book--ask me anything you want!!!!!
