CONGRATULATIONS DEBBIE
Debbie I am so glad to hear that you are going to have the surgery. You will soon be a LOSER like us. Our Loser list keeps growing and growing and that is a good thing.
What I have said to who ever is in the beginning stages of getting the surgery is that it is the best decision I ever made for myself in a real long long time. I wished I had done it sooner. I am so much HEALTHIER and HAPPIER thanks to this surgery and of course to Dr Allam.
Any questions that I can help you with please feel free to e-mail me at Regg1@optonline.net or leave a message on the message board here. Someone will answer it for you I'm sure of that. We have a great bunch of Losers and soon to be Losers here;) We all like to help each other out. We are all here for each other no question is too silly to ask.;) I always ask silly ones LOL but they get answered too. :D
My advice to you is to just follow all the rules after you have the surgery. Get up and walk as much as possible. It will help more then you think. Follow all the drinking and eating rules. As long as you do what you are told you will do GREAT.
