HUMMUS
2 cans Garbanzo Beans
3 Tbsp. Tahini
1 Tbsp. Olive Oil
2 tsp. Lemon Juice
2-4 Cloves of Garlic(crushed)
Salt & Pepper to taste
In bowl of food processor add 1 can of beans drained and 1 can of beans un-drained. Add rest of ingredients – Garlic to personal taste. Process until smooth. Transfer to serving bowl & enjoy with Homemade Pita Chips.
PITA CHIPS
1 Package Whole Wheat Pita Bread
4 Tbsp Granulated Garlic
2 Tbsp. Italian Seasoning
2 tsp. Sea Salt
Cut pita breads into 8 triangles. Divide each piece in half and lay out on cookie sheets(rough sides up). Sprinkle with seasonings & bake at 350 for aprox. 10 min. Check frequently & don't allow to burn. Cool completely & enjoy. Store in ZipLoc bag.
