I just have a quick easy question. I know dessert sugars are OUT. However, i have been seeing items that say sugar free but have SPLENDA in them. Is splenda okay to have ?? Thanks ~Amy Hertling~

Hi Amy,
I just wanted to let you know that Splenda is FINE! Some people report gassiness from it, but it is a sugar substitute, so we can use it. Be careful with the "Baking Splenda" and "Brown Sugar Splenda". I think they are combined with regular table sugar.
